Primarily used for flexographic inflation shafts, printing and conveying rollers, idler rollers, or impression cylinders. The surface finish can be divided into grades 1 to 14. The materials used are aluminum (lightweight) or 45# steel with hard chrome electroplating on the surface. They are processed through external cylindrical grinding and mirror polishing.
